App Privacy Policy
My Little Bubbi is a baby tracking and diary application for iOS and Android. This policy explains local storage of your baby’s information, subscription processing, and optional Meta advertising measurement. Optional advertising measurement is currently disabled.
1. Who this applies to
This policy explains how My Little Bubbi ("Bubbi", "we", "us") handles information when you use the app on your device. The app serves users in the United States, Canada, and the European Economic Area (EEA), including the Netherlands. This policy describes our practices; using the app does not by itself constitute consent to optional advertising measurement.
2. Your baby's data stays on your device
Everything you log about your baby, name, date of birth, feeds, sleep, diapers, pumping, growth measurements and notes, is stored locally on your device using your phone's own storage, and stays there. We have no server or database that receives this information. We do not receive or have access to these locally stored records.
3. How your information is used
The information you log is used for one purpose only: to show it back to you inside the app on your device, your overviews, statistics and history. Your baby's data is never sent to us.
4. Subscriptions and payments
Bubbi offers optional paid subscriptions. When you buy or restore a subscription, the purchase is handled by the app store you downloaded Bubbi from (Google Play or the Apple App Store) and by our subscription provider, RevenueCat, which manages subscriptions on our behalf.
To make this work, limited information is processed, such as an anonymous app-generated user identifier and details of your purchase (for example which plan you chose and whether it is active). This is used only to unlock and maintain your subscription and to restore purchases if you reinstall the app. It is not linked to the baby data you log, and it is never used for advertising.
You can read how these providers handle data in their own privacy policies:
5. Exporting and sharing
Bubbi lets you export your data to a CSV (Excel) file and share it, for example with your pediatrician or doctor. This only happens when you choose to do it. Once you share a file, it leaves the app and is handled by whatever app or service you send it through. We never see it.
6. Analytics, Tracking and Advertising
My Little Bubbi includes the Meta Software Development Kit (SDK) in certain versions of the app to support future advertising measurement for campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
Meta advertising measurement is optional and is activated only when the user explicitly agrees to it through the app's Advertising Privacy settings. On iOS, where Apple's App Tracking Transparency permission is required, advertising tracking will only be enabled after the necessary authorization has been granted. Users who decline consent can continue using the app's baby tracking features without enabling optional Meta advertising measurement.
When enabled, Meta advertising measurement may involve processing limited technical information and app events, such as app installations, app activations, device information, app identifiers, advertising identifiers, and other events specifically configured for advertising measurement.
Depending on the enabled functionality, this information may be processed by Meta Platforms for advertising measurement and attribution.
Users can allow or decline optional Meta advertising measurement through the Advertising Privacy settings in the app. Declining does not affect access to baby tracking features.
On iOS, Apple's App Tracking Transparency permission is also respected where applicable. Advertising tracking requiring this permission will not be enabled without the required authorization.
We do not intentionally send your baby's name, birth date, feeding records, sleep records, diaper records, pumping records, growth measurements, or personal notes to Meta for advertising purposes.
Users can review and change their optional advertising measurement preference in the app.

7. Children's privacy
Bubbi is intended for parents and caregivers to track information about their baby. It is not directed at children. The baby data you log stays on your device and is not collected by us.
8. Data security
Your information is protected by your device's own security (such as your passcode or biometrics). Any files you export and share are your responsibility once they leave the app.
9. Your choices and control
- Edit or delete individual entries at any time inside the app.
- Use "Reset app" in Settings to erase all data stored on your device.
- Deleting the app from your device removes its local data.
- To manage or cancel a subscription, use your Google Play or Apple App Store account settings.
- Review, allow, decline, or withdraw consent to optional Meta advertising measurement in the app’s Advertising Privacy settings.
Because we never receive your baby's data, there is nothing for us to access, correct or delete on our side.
Privacy rights in your region
Users in the United States, Canada, and the European Economic Area, including the Netherlands, may have additional privacy rights depending on applicable laws. You can withdraw optional advertising measurement consent through the app’s Advertising Privacy settings. Withdrawing consent does not automatically delete information previously processed by third parties.
Depending on where you live and the applicable law, you may have rights to request access to your personal information, correction, deletion, or a portable copy; to restrict or object to certain processing; and to withdraw consent where processing relies on it. These rights may be subject to conditions and exceptions. Users in the United States, Canada, and the EEA, including the Netherlands, can contact us at info@mylittlebubbi.com to ask about applicable rights or make a request. We can also address questions about retention or international processing by service providers.
In the EEA, you may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority, including the Dutch Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens in the Netherlands. In Canada, you may contact the relevant federal or provincial privacy commissioner, including Quebec’s Commission d’accès à l’information where applicable. In the United States, you may contact the relevant state privacy authority or attorney general.
10. Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we'll change the "last updated" date above and post the new version here.

When you submit the contact form, My Little Bubbi receives your name, email address, subject, and message to respond to your request. Netlify Forms processes and stores submissions on our behalf, including spam filtering. Please do not send sensitive information about your baby. For visitors in the EEA, we process your request to respond to you and on the basis of our legitimate interest in providing customer support. You may object to processing and lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Netlify’s privacy policy explains its processing. Contact us for information about applicable transfer safeguards.
Hosting and optional download measurement
Netlify hosts this website and processes request information needed to deliver and secure it. We do not use advertising, profiling, tracking pixels, third-party analytics scripts, or analytics cookies. Download measurement is off by default everywhere, regardless of region. If you choose to enable it below, app download links use a redirect that records only a generic iOS or Android download event in Netlify function logs. The event contains no name, email, baby data, IP address, persistent identifier, or location. Hosting infrastructure may maintain its own operational request logs. You can change your choice at any time. The preference is stored in your browser, and no download measurement is sent when Global Privacy Control is enabled.
